Within the framework of implementing the State Owned Assets & investment managing program, HCMLT announced the opportunity to participate in the expansion of Ownership Base by sealed envelopes for the Engineering Automotive Manufacturing Company at Wadi Hoof to an anchor investor or group of investors through one of the following methods. (1) To share or purchase the company’s activities represented in (hanger 1, 2, 3) with available capacities of the following: 960 busses annually (hanger 3) (one shift a day), 2400 diesel engines annually (hanger 2) one shift a day divided into 1400 water cooled diesel engines & 1000 air cooled diesel engines, 2400 trucks & 2400 tractors annually (hanger 1) (one shift a day). (2) To share or purchase the prototype workshop (hanger 8) with availability of producing 500 busses annually (one shift a day). (3) To share or purchase the entire production warehouse with availability of assembling 500 chassis annually (one shift a day). (4) Get share or purchase a servicing & maintenance center for all types of cars in Alexandria & another activity for goods and passengers transport at Wadi Hoof – Cairo. (5) To share or purchase the company’s activities partially or entirely.
