National Co. for Cement Production, reporting to CIHC – Chemical Industries Holding Co. & capitalized at L.E. 206.4 million, fully paid up, has posted for FY 2004/ 2005 some L.E. 199.6 million net profits before taxes on L.E. 669.6 million net sales. Figures compare with L.E. 27.5 million profits posted for FY 2003/ 2004 on L.E. 577.8 million sales. Figure was tangibly affected by some L.E. 132.3 million net irregular profits achieved during 2004/ 2005 against Nill in the previous year. Net working capital as at 6/30/2005 increased to L.E. 188.9 million up from L.E. 137.9 million a year ago.
