Request of proposals for establishing a laboratory for testing air conditioners as a part of the UNDP funded EEIGGR - Energy Efficiency Improvement & Greenhouse Gas Reduction project. It aims to assist the national standards & labeling program. Project will be established at NREA as an independent facility to perform energy efficiency testing & certification of air conditioners in Egypt according to Egyptian energy efficiency mandatory standards. The testing facility will be up to 65,000 BTU/ hour according to ISO 5151/ 94 which is compatible to Egyptian standards 3795/ 2002. Evaluation of offers will be carried out in accordance to UNDP guidelines.
