L.E. 18 million budget funds endorsed for setting up a database and a national communication network to better serve cancer patients country wide. That was announced by Dr. Med. Mohamed Awad Tag El Din, Minister of Health & Population, indicating the scheme provides also for a remote medical advisory system for those patients. Project phase one covers cancer institutes in Dar Al Salam, Damietta, Damanhour, Minya, Sohag and Asswan, also the cancer institute annexed to Nasser Institute Hospital in Cairo. |
