Six local and Arab groups seems to be competing for a 36 % stake in the Egyptian Financial & Industrial Co. lead by EFG Hermes, Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding and Citadel Group. They further include Arab African International Bank, HSBC and HC for Brokerage in Securities. The deal is expected, according to media reports, to witness severe competition particularly on the side of Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding Group, which have already sold its stake in EFC – Egyptian Fertilizers Co. |
