According to Mr. Abdel Hafiz El Mansouri, Chairman of Sharm Investment Group, a contract valued L.E 26 million was recently signed with Diba Hotels Co. to undertake the internal architectural finishing and decoration of the Millennium Tiran Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Contract duration is for 10 months. Worth indicating is that the 5 star hotel comprises 350 rooms & suites in addition to 100 tourist residential units and will be managed by the British Millennium Hotels Management Chain as its first project in Sharm El Sheikh City. Project involves L.E 270 million investments. |
