A request for proposal (RFP) is available to interested entities for the management of a Certified Post Harvest Center for receiving, cleaning, sorting, packing, pre-cooling, cold storage, to shipment, marketing & exporting of horticultural products from Upper Egypt. The post harvest center will be built and owned by three agricultural associations located in Sohag Governorate under a project grant from the US AID. The facility is expected to be ready for operation in early 2006.
