MOPCO – Misr Oil Processing Co. SAE has offered its original shareholders 34 million capital increase shares at L.E. 10 nominal value without premium. Measure aims at increasing the company issued capital from L.E. 677.2 million to L.E. 1,017 million. It said a Euro 248.2 million contract awarded earlier to Krupp/ Uhde of Germany to build a nitrogen fertilizers mill in Damietta Free Zone came lately in force. Total estimated project costs are put at $ 391 million. Meanwhile MOPCO is taking executive measures to build another fertilizers factory in Suez. |
