Oriental Weavers Co. SAE would be soon searching its shareholders approval to increase its authorized capital from L.E. 200 million to L.E. 500 million. Reuters News Agency indicated that the company has invited its shareholders for an irregular general meeting to endorse the above among other shares acquiring acts within the Group including acquiring a majority controlling share in MAC - Misr America Carpets Co. Weeks earlier the Oriental Weavers Group has announced measures to recruit 1,234 new members in the different specialties. Month’s earlier Group Chairman & CEO, Mr. Mohamed Farid Khamis announced the Group is embarking on L.E. 4 - 5 billion expansion scheme. |
