Suez Cement Co. SAE majority controlled by Italcementi of Italy has obtained its shareholders approval to increase its issued & paid up capital by L.E. 2.5 billion. Measure will be executed by the issuance of capital increase shares with the first trench of 43,333,000 shares to be offered at L.E. 45 per share worth about L.E. 1.95 billion. As to the second trench it would involve further 11,666,000 shares worth L.E. 523.6 million. That took place to enable finance Asec Cement Co. deal valued $ 336.2 million. |
