Egypt Minister of State for International Cooperation has recently signed a delegation of authority to Egypt Central Bank to proceed with finalizing the agreement reached earlier with the EU – European Union regarding Euro 74.9 million soft finance to back phase 4 of Zaafarana wind energy recovery farm.
