Media reports indicated that GAFI – General Authority for Investment – has referred to EBA – Egyptian Businessmen Association – a request of an international group to solicit an Egyptian partner for building a chain of malls in Alexandria, Tanta, Mansoura & Cairo under L.E. 250 to L.E. 300 million. GAFI referral indicated that the Egyptian candidate should avail required lands & buildings (not less than 30,000 M2 for each location). |
